Customer Relationship

We process your personal information to manage your customer relationship with and fulfill the Customer Agreement you entered into with Financial Life Planning. The data is used, for example, to identify you as a customer, in preparation and administration prior to entering into an agreement, and to take action that you have requested as a customer before entering into an agreement. Processing of tasks is also done when Financial Life Planning contacts you and informs you of changes and more related to the customer agreement. Processing of personal data is also done when you as a customer electronically receive information from Financial Life Planning, for example via text message, e-mail or via login to customer portal to be able to access information or to electronically sign documents.

Under certain circumstances, you may request that Financial Life Planning limit the processing of your personal data. Under such circumstances, Financial Life Planning may not fulfill the obligations we have in accordance with your agreement.

Data portability

You may, under certain circumstances, and if it is technically possible to obtain the personal data recorded on you in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this data to another player.

Deletion

You may, under certain circumstances, have the right to have the information recorded for you deleted. However, this does not apply if Financial Life Planning is required to keep the data by law.
